All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer full refunds once a purchase is completed.

However, if you are not satisfied with your ebook, we offer a 25% refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us at studiokkontakt@gmail.com within 15 business days of your purchase.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method after it has been processed.
